Tools born in the hub, not in a slide deck
We developed our tools while delivering: every feature answers a problem we actually had.
- Zones are drawn on the map and loads are balanced across drivers, with an indicator that immediately flags who has too much or too little
- Addresses that can't be found go into a list to be fixed before departure
- In the hub, parcels are sorted with a phone camera: sequence number, driver colour and printed label
- At the end of the shift the system lists expected parcels that never went through, parcels outside the load and double scans
