In the last mile, environmental impact is reduced first of all by not wasting trips. Here's what we do today, without promising what we can't measure.
First-attempt deliveries
97.6% of shipments are delivered on the first attempt. Every second attempt avoided is one trip less.
Consolidation
Parcels going to the same address travel together and are delivered in a single stop.
Digital processes
Sorting, checks and delivery outcomes are digital: less paper, fewer errors, fewer parcels coming back.
Vehicles
The fleet, one step at a time
We size our vehicles to the zones we serve. We are assessing the gradual introduction of low-emission vehicles in the densest urban areas, where volumes and distances make it operationally sustainable too.
A matter of method. We don't publish estimates of avoided emissions until we can measure them with a verifiable method. When we do, the figures will be on this page.
