Privacy notice

1. Data controller

2. What data we process

• Consultation requests: contact details (name, email, phone, role) and the information about your company and shipments that you provide.
• Local shipping bookings: sender details, pickup and delivery addresses, recipient's name and phone number, description of the contents. Recipient details are provided by the sender, who declares they are entitled to share them.
• Job applications: personal and contact details, CV and professional information. Please do not include special categories of data (for example health data) that are not needed for recruitment.
• Browsing data: technical data (such as IP address and time of requests) logged by the hosting provider for the operation and security of the website.

3. Why we process it and on what legal basis

• Replying to requests and preparing commercial proposals: pre-contractual measures requested by the data subject (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
• Managing bookings and performing the shipping service: performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b)).
• Assessing job applications: pre-contractual measures (Art. 6(1)(b)).
• Complying with legal, tax and accounting obligations: legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c)).
• Ensuring the security of the website and preventing abuse: legitimate interest of the controller (Art. 6(1)(f)).

Providing the data requested in the forms is necessary for us to reply or perform the service: without it, we cannot follow up on your request.

4. How long we keep it

• Requests that do not lead to a contract: up to 24 months.
• Bookings and contractual relationships: for the duration of the relationship and for 10 years for civil and tax obligations.
• Job applications: up to 24 months, unless an employment relationship is established.
• Browsing data: for the technical period set by the hosting provider.

5. Who we share it with

• Authorised FluxHub staff assigned to the activities described above.
• Netlify, Inc., provider of website hosting and form collection, appointed as data processor. Data may be transferred to the United States on the basis of the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and/or standard contractual clauses.
• Microsoft, provider of our business email service (Microsoft 365).
• Consultants and professionals, and public authorities where required by law.

We do not sell or transfer data to third parties for marketing purposes.

6. Your rights

You may request access to your data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability, and object to processing (Articles 15–22 GDPR), by writing to info@fluxhub.it or to the certified email address fluxhub@pec.it. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali, www.garanteprivacy.it).
