Terms of use of the website and terms of the local shipping service.
This English version is provided for convenience. In case of any discrepancy, the Italian version prevails.
A. Use of the website
The website is operated by FluxHub S.r.l. (Via Giulio Pastore 24, 84131 Salerno (SA), Italy, VAT no. 06412120658). Its content is for information purposes. The figures shown refer to the periods stated next to each figure and do not guarantee results for individual shipments.
Texts, trademarks, logos and graphics belong to FluxHub or their respective owners and may not be reused without permission.
Business services (last-mile, e-commerce logistics, warehousing, dedicated transport and the others described on the website) are governed by specific contractual agreements.
B. Terms of the "Local shipping" service
1. Scope and area
Pickup and delivery of parcels between towns in the province of Salerno served by FluxHub, listed on the Local shipping page. FluxHub operates under general authorisation n. AUG/8092/2026 issued by the Italian Ministry of Enterprises and Made in Italy (MIMIT).
2. Booking and confirmation
Submitting the form is a booking request. The contract is concluded upon FluxHub's confirmation, which states the day and time slot of the pickup. The price shown on the website is an estimate: it is confirmed at pickup if the parcel matches the declared size and weight; otherwise FluxHub communicates the new price before proceeding, and the sender may cancel the shipment at no cost.
3. Accepted parcels
Parcels up to 20 kg, properly packed and sealed, within the size selected at the time of booking. The sender is responsible for packaging and for the accuracy of the details provided.
4. Excluded goods
- cash, securities, credit cards, jewellery and valuables;
- dangerous or flammable goods, or goods subject to ADR regulations;
- weapons, ammunition, narcotics and illegal goods;
- live animals, perishable food and goods requiring temperature control.
FluxHub may refuse at pickup any parcels containing excluded goods or that are not adequately packed.
5. Prices and payment
For private customers, prices include VAT (22%); for businesses they are shown excluding VAT. Payment is made at pickup or by bank transfer, as stated in the confirmation.
6. Delivery and failed delivery
The driver delivers to the address given in the booking. If the recipient is absent or the address cannot be reached, FluxHub contacts the sender or the recipient to arrange a new delivery or the return of the parcel to the sender. Any additional costs are communicated before proceeding.
7. Liability
FluxHub is liable for the loss of and damage to parcels in its care within the limits set by the legislation applicable to postal services and the carriage of goods. It is not liable for damage caused by inadequate packaging, excluded or undeclared goods, or incorrect delivery details provided by the sender.
8. Complaints
To file a complaint, write to info@fluxhub.it or to the certified email address fluxhub@pec.it, stating the shipment reference, the dates and a description of the problem, with any supporting documents.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by Italian law. If you are a consumer, the courts of your place of residence or domicile have jurisdiction over any dispute.
